Our aim is to support the customers in the complete production cycle of our product. It stands to reason, that we are at your disposal in the area of service. With our years of experience as switchgear manufacturer and with know-how of our design engineers, testing technicians and mechanics SERW is able to provide high quality service and respond flexibly to the customer requirements.


After professional assembly of the disconnectors or earthing switches the final adjustment and the functional test are carried out. It is then determined whether the disconnector has been correctly mounted and adjusted. We attach great importance to check of contact inserting in the contact system of the disconnector and earthing switch by all poles. Before connecting of the devices to power supply system check the insulators and clean the surfaces.

After Sales Service

SERW offers comprehensive portfolio of after sales services to ensure long-term and reliable functionality of our products, starting by control to maintenance and repairs. As manufacturer we recommend to perform maintenance of electrical devices every 4 years.

Training and consulting

Thanks to our long-term cooperation with electricity providers together with experience and knowledge of our project engineers we are able to support our customers also by the project processing of the switching station.

We would be glad to offer various trainings for correct installation, operating and maintenance of the switchgear for our customers and partners. Training and consultation can be provided both in our production plant and in the switching station.
